     Reader’s Digest is a publication that is famous for condensing information into easily digestible chunks. Considering the glut of diet information out there, it only makes sense that the magazine would develop its own plan based on the fundamentals of diet and exercise. The name of the diet, “change one,” refers to the plan’s assertion that individuals can make major improvements in their health and in their looks by making just one small change per week.

     With all of the diet and exercise information floating around on the Internet, it can be almost impossible to separate the fact from the hype. We will carefully examine this plan in order to determine whether or not it can deliver on its promises.
