“Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle” is a weight loss and fitness book written by Tom Venuto, who wears many hats in the fitness arena, he is a self described natural bodybuilder, freelance writer, success coach, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. Venuto has also been profiled in Ironman Magazine, Muscular Development, Muscle-Zine, and Men’s Exercise, Olympian’s News, Natural Bodybuilding and Exercise for Men.
Venuto certainly does have years of strength training expertise under his belt, but so do many other authors, some of who have presented books that the average Joe or Jane can utilize, while others have not. We will take a long hard look at the concepts used in this book, as well as the design to see what it has to offer consumers.
