Bill Phillips Eating for Life Plan William Nathaniel "Bill" Phillips is an American entrepreneur and author. He is best known as the author of the best-selling fitness book Body for Life: 12 Weeks to Mental and Physical Strength. He is also the author Eating for Life, founder and former editor in chief of Muscle Media magazine (now defunct) and the former CEO of EAS, a performance nutritional supplement company.
